Our refit process begins with an initial consultation. Even if you’re not planning your refit for a few months, we need to see your vessel working in normal conditions. This helps us to understand your vision, requirements, and your superyacht’s specific needs. Once we have a grasp of what you want, hand us your GA file and we can start planning the details of your refit.
Planning and 3D Creation
We can then create our precise 3D patterns, allowing us to visualize your superyacht’s interior and exterior in high detail. We will make sure every furnishing fits perfectly to the measurements taken. We can also identify any potential issues early and resolve them to reduce the need for any future modifications during the refit process. This saves everyone’s time ensuring a seamless fit and finish.
Installation
Once the 3D patterns have been created, our team will start to fabricate custom furnishings that fit precisely within your megayacht’s unique spaces. Our patterns ensure that the dimensions and shapes of the furnishings are exact, while also enabling us to cut fabrics so that every piece of upholstery fits seamlessly. Your vessel can be anywhere in the world while we are crafting your yacht’s furnishings and upholstery, and once we’re finished, we will tag, wrap and store them in our facility until you’re ready. We will refit upon your return using our 3D patterns to guide the installation process ensuring each piece is in the correct place. This helps us to minimize downtime and ensure that your refit is completed efficiently, however, if you would prefer to install your pieces yourself we will be happy to send them to you when you require them.
